Where's my order?

We will send you an email confirmation when your order ships.  Shipping details are provided in that email and the tracking number can be checked at either USPS.com or FEDEX.com (respectively).  Please remember to allow 1-2 extra days for processing before your order is shipped, as noted in our checkout process.   Our shipping time estimates are provided by USPS and FEDEX, however for international shipments there can be delays in the shipment once the item reaches the destination country due to customs/duty inspections, and the local carrier used to make the final delivery to your doorstep.  Usually the shipments arrive close to the estimated time, but it does sometimes happen that there are longer delays.  Please note that the "confirmation number" that USPS uses is not the same as a tracking number from Fedex.  USPS does not reliably update the number in real time.  However, they have never lost a package for us yet even if some of them have taken a bit longer than their official estimate.
